We are having a youth open gym at the Horton Complex. There will be basketball for kids in the 9th-12th grade on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6:30 pm-8:30 pm. Grades 9 -12. Liability waiver to be signed upon arrival.

Lace up for the Ruidoso Turkey Trot 5K on Saturday, November 28, 2026. This fun run/walk starts at 10:00 a.m. on The Links Trail and is open to all ages and abilities. It’s the final race in the 2026 Ruidoso Run Series, with participant medals and limited T-shirts available.
The Ruidoso Ice Skating Rink returns to Wingfield Park for the 2026–27 winter season, opening Saturday, November 28. Enjoy outdoor skating for all ages, with skate rentals available or bring your own skates. The season continues through Presidents’ Day, February 15, 2027.
Beautifully lit and fantastically festive, the Festival of Lights–Parade of Lights starts at 5:30 pm from the corner of Sudderth and Mechem through Midtown, down to the Chamber of Commerce.
